The Golden State Warriors are set to open up the first round of the playoffs in Sacramento on Saturday against the Kings. Sacramento is just a short trip away from where the Warriors play in San Francisco, which is why multiple Golden State players have already expressed their excitement for the series. With limited travel in between arenas, the Warriors feel as if this is an ideal first round matchup for them.

Having been without two-way forward Andrew Wiggins for the last several weeks of the regular season, the Warriors will be getting him back for the playoffs. This has been the expectation for a while, but it has now been made official on the injury report, as the Warriors have not listed Wiggins. The only players ruled out for Golden State are Andre Iguodala and Ryan Rollins, so the Warriors will have their usual rotation available.

For Sacramento, their injury report is also very short, as Matthew Dellavadova is the only player listed out for the Kings. While injuries robbed fans of so many marquee matchups throughout the course of the regular season, this Warriors vs. Kings series will begin with two teams that have almost entirely fully-healthy rosters. With star power on each side, this should be an incredibly fun series against two teams that expect to compete for a championship this postseason.
