ESPN Panel Picks Joe Burrow As Top 2023-24 MVP Pick; Bengals Second-Leading Super Bowl Contender
CINCINNATI — ESPN experts gave out their early Super Bowl and NFL MVP picks for next season. Cincinnati was a popular title pick. Joe Burrow also led the panel's MVP voting.
Burrow earned 4/10 votes, outpacing Justin Herbert, Jalen Hurts, and Patrick Mahomes. All of the second-place players had two votes.
Cincinnati led all teams, with five panelists picking them to win their conference. Kansas City led all teams with four votes to repeat in 2024 and become the first team in 20 years to pull off that feat.
Cincinnati is retaining its coaching staff going into the 2023-24 season.
On top of that, Burrow and this core are starting to enter their prime years as players. Add in the ample cap space—and it feels like the best chance this team's ever had to win its first championship.
