Report: Cincinnati Signs Free Agent Safety Nick Scott

The Bengals are starting round out the starting spots.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals agreed to sign safety Nick Scott to a three-year, $12 million contract on Friday night according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Scott visited the team on Thursday.

The veteran is expected to join Dax Hill in the safety room, as Cincinnati lost both of their starting safeties in free agency.

He is entering his fifth season after posting 86 tackles, 2 forced fumbles, 2 interceptions, and 5 pass breakups last season. Scott's appeared in 64 career games.
