Look: Jake Browning Makes NFL History With Performance on Monday Night Football
CINCINNATI — Jake Browning made history with his elite performance in Cincinnati's 34-31 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
According to ESPN, he became the first undrafted player in the common draft era (1967) to throw for 350 passing yards and complete 85% of his passes in a game (31-of-37 for 354 yards and one touchdown, two carries for 22 yards, one TD).
The Bengals got exactly what they needed out of the rushing attack (31 carries, 156 yards), and it unlocked a historic day for the backup quarterback.
