Joe Burrow Reacts to Bengals' Win With Super Smash Brothers Reference

The 26-year-old led Cincinnati to a 19-16 win on Monday night.

CINCINNATI — Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow played through a calf injury on Monday night and led Cincinnati to a 19-16 win over the Rams in the process. 

It was the Bengals' first win of the season. Burrow reacted to the win by making a Pokemon and Super Smash Brothers reference on Instagram. 

"Incineroar is my best character," Burrow wrote.  

Incineroar is the slowest character in Super Smash Brothers. Burrow is clearly referring to his injured calf and the fact that he couldn't move around like his normal self. 

He still completed 26-of-49 passes for 259 yards and managed the game exactly like the Bengals needed him to in order to get the win.
