Saints Tight End Foster Moreau in Full Remission Following Offseason Cancer Diagnosis

The 26-year-old visited the Bengals this offseason before signing with the Saints.

CINCINNATI — Saints tight end Foster Moreau announced that his cancer is in full remission on Monday. 

The veteran revealed the news just three months after he was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma. 

"After a few tumultuous months, I've been blessed with the news that I am in full remission from Hodgkin Lymphoma!" Moreau tweeted. "I'm so grateful to everyone who reached out to offer their love and support; our prayers were answered. From here I will continue to live my life as God intended."

Moreau signed a 3-year contract with the Saints this offseason following his diagnosis. He participated in the offseason program and is expected to play this season. 

Moreau also visited the Bengals prior to the diagnosis. He was teammates with Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase at LSU.
