WATCH: Browns DE Myles Garrett Throws Down big Slam at Cavs Summer League
Myles Garrett is about as great of an athlete as you will find in the NFL, or really any sport. The Cleveland Browns’ star defensive end has notably been pretty good at basketball too, he showed off his dunking ability during the Cleveland Cavaliers first summer league game on Friday evening against the Brooklyn Nets.
Garrett made the two-handed windmill look pretty effortless. Watching it becomes even more impressive when you realize he is around 270 pounds. Garrett has played in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game in the past and has played in some pickup leagues around the Cleveland area.
Usually, he’s on the gridiron getting sacks. Garrett has 16 sacks in each of the last two seasons and will be challenging for the Defensive Player of the Year award. Alongside him, he will have more help than he’s ever had with some of the additions the Browns made such as Za’Darius Smith and Dalvin Tomlinson.
In the meantime, head coach Kevin Stefanski may want to look away as Garrett is keeping his dunking skills sharp.
