PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers open Week 3 with limited injury concerns following their Week 2 victory over the Cleveland Browns.

Leaving the game, head coach Mike Tomlin confirmed three injuries that the Steelers will face as they prepare for the Las Vegas Raiders. Wide receiver Gunner Olszewski is in the concussion protocol, safety Minkah Fitzpatrick has a chest injury, and linebacker Elandon Roberts is dealing with a neck stinger.

Olszewski could be removed from the concussion protocol by Week 3's game, but he'll need to progress from the start of the practice week. Dealing with a short week, it could be difficult for him to be ready by the game.

Fitzpatrick was taken to the hospital after suffering the injury in-game. According to Tomlin, all results came back positive and he should be "fine" moving forward. He acknowledged Fitzpatrick could miss time throughout the week while recovering.

Roberts should be good to go by the game, but is still waiting to get his strength back after the injury.
