Brandon Miller continues to receive national attention as the Alabama freshman was named a semifinalist for the Naismith Men's College Player of the Year.

Miller, who was named the SEC Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year, averages 19.6 points and eight rebounds per game on 45.3 percent shooting from the field, 40.4 percent on 3-pointers and 85 percent from the free-throw line.

The list of 10 semifinalists will be cut down to four finalists on March 23. The award winner will then be announced on April 2.

The 6-foo-9 freshman was also recently named a finalist for the Julius Erving award, which is given to the country's best small forward.
