Look: Bob Huggins Issues Second Apology For Homophobic Remarks, Donates to Xavier

Huggins is having his salary reduced as a result of his comments.

CINCINNATI — Former Cincinnati basketball coach and current head man at West Virginia, Bob Huggins, issued a second apology on Wednesday for his homophobic comments earlier this week.

He made the remarks about Xavier fans while interviewing with 700 WLW's Bill Cunningham and received multiple punishments from West Virginia.

Huggins noted he donated Xavier.

"I am hopeful that my personal donation to the university to support its center for faith and justice and its center for diversity and inclusion will further the work it does and the impact it has on its students," Huggins said in his latest apology.
