CINCINNATI — The Basketball Tournament quarterfinals tip off tonight with Nasty Nati taking on Friday Beers. 

UC's alumni team has some reinforcements on the way as forwards Keith Williams, and Tre Scott join the active roster for the stretch run.

The team needs just three more wins to take home the $1 million prize following the championship in Philadelphia.

FB is a formidable opponent that won two games in the Dayton Regional by nine and 12 points. They dispatched longtime TBT staple, Carmen's Crew, in the regional final.

Beers is 18th in average scoring per game (76.3 PPG) and 15th in points allowed (67.7). Nati ranks better on both of those fronts and boasts the two highest-scoring players in the tournament (min. three games played) in Jarron Cumberland (25.7 PPG) and Jacob Evans (23 PPG)

Beers is 18-8 all-time in the tournament and has a go-to scorer themselves in guard Gabe York (18 PPG this tournament). He is a strong downhill driver and a nice tone-setter for their offense.
