Campbell Transfer Safety Myles Rowser Places UC Among Top-Seven Schools
CINCINNATI — UC football is still perusing the transfer portal for talent, evidenced by an offer to Campbell safety Myles Rowser.
Cincinnati is also among his final seven schools, along with Colorado, LSU, New Mexico State, Oregon, Penn State, and Tennessee.
Cincinnati re-offered him after this graphic was made.
The 6-foot, 190-pound freshman was ranked No. 232 nationally and No. 19 among safety prospects by 247Sports in 2022. He has three years of eligibility left.
The four-star recruit committed to Arkansas but ended up playing at Campbell for one season. He tallied 52 tackles and four past breakups in 2022. He told 247Sports recently that he plans to commit this Friday.
Rowser was fantastic as the final line of defense for Campbell. He tallied a 77.3 overall PFF grade at the FCS level last season, including an 84.7 tackling grade. That overall mark ranked 54th among 429 qualified FCS safeties last season. The tackling grade ranked 28th.
