CINCINNATI — UC football added its third transfer wide receiver commitment of the cycle in Florida's Xzavier Henderson.

He announced Friday on his Instagram story.

The 6-foot-4, 180-pound playmaker should be a nice option for Emory Jones once again after throwing him passes in 2021. Henderson posted a team-high 38 catches for 410 yards and 2 touchdowns last season for the Gators.

In 2021, Henderson caught 26 passes for 277 yards and 2 touchdowns from Jones. He has two years of eligibility remaining. The outside playmaker should be strong competition for Dee Wiggins and Donovan Ollie at the top-two spots on either boundary.

Henderson is arguably the best transfer UC has brought in under Satterfield outside of edge rusher Daniel Grzesiak.

The receiver posted a career-best 67.1 PFF grade last season with some of the trustiest hands in the conference. That ranked 22nd among 33 SEC wide receivers with at least 50 targets.
