UC Football Lands East Central University Cornerback Transfer Donovan Callis

Cincinnati offered the talent earlier this week.

CINCINNATI — UC football landed a commitment from cornerback transfer Donovan Callis out of Division II East Central University.

Callis has one year of eligibility left and a redshirt year still available.

The junior earned Great American Conference second-team honors in 2022.

The 6-foot, 160-pound cornerback tallied 32 tackles (1.5 for loss), broke up 7 passes, forced 3 fumbles, recovered 2 fumbles, and had 2 interceptions last season.

Callis has played in 27 games for East Central as he takes the Power-Five leap.
