Recruiting Roundup: Bearcats Offer More Recruits in the Trenches, Land in Four-Star's Top-Six
CINCINNATI — Recruiting never stops for college football's elite teams. Cincinnati recently extended another pair of offers and landed in a coveted recruit's top-six.
One of the offers went out to four-star 2023 offensive tackle Olaus Alinen out of The Loomis Chaffee School (Ct).
According to 247Sports, Alinen is the 124th-ranked player nationally and the 12th-best offensive tackle. ESPN has him ranked 193rd overall and is the site's 16th-best offensive tackle.
He holds offers from 40 schools, including Alabama, Florida, Miami, and Ohio State. Check out his highlights here.
Next on the offer list is 2023 three-star Wilkim Formby out of Northridge (Al.).
According to 247Sports, Formby is the 409th-ranked player nationally and the 36th-best offensive tackle. Rivals has him ranked as the 55th-best offensive tackle in the 2023 class. He holds 24 offers from schools like Kentucky, Ole Miss, and Tennessee. Check out his highlights here.
Cincinnati also got some good news in its pursuit of Lakota East (Oh.) 2023 four-star offensive lineman Austin Siereveld.
According to 247Sports, Siereveld is the 327th-ranked player in the country and the 23rd-best interior offensive lineman. Rivals has him rated as the 231st-overall player in the country and 11th-best interior offensive lineman.
He is down to Iowa, Michigan, Cincinnati, Ohio State, Alabama, and Notre Dame as his top school choices. Check out his highlights here.
