CINCINNATI — The bye week means a heavier focus on football recruiting as multiple offers went out over the past few days. We start with 2025 three-star defensive lineman Tommy Rupley out of Belmont Hill School (Massachusetts).

According to 247Sports, Rupley is the 502nd-ranked player nationally and the 47th-ranked defensive lineman.

The 6-foot-3, 250-pound talent holds nine other offers from schools like Boston College and Northwestern.

Next is an offer to four-star 2025 safety Rasean Dinkins out of Warner Robins (Georgia).

According to 247Sports, Dinkins is the 323rd-ranked player nationally and the 23rd-ranked safety.

The 6-foot, 170-pound talent holds seven other offers from schools like Georgia Tech and UConn.

We roll onto an offer for four-star 2025 cornerback Tariq Hayer out of St. John's (D.C.).

According to 247Sports, Hayer is the 139th-ranked player nationally and the 16th-best cornerback.

The 6-foot, 175-pound talent holds 18 other offers from schools like Louisville and Kansas.

Cincinnati also offered a pair of unranked 2025 players in linebacker Alex Tatsch out of Greater Latrobe (Pennsylvania) and 2025 offensive lineman Andrew Stargel out of Roswell (Georgia).

Tatsch holds two other offers from West Virginia and Boston College.

Stargel holds one other offer from Georgia Tech.
