UC Football Cracks Top-Eight Schools For 2024 Four-Star Running Back DeJuan Williams

Scott Satterfield's offenses historically lean on the running game quite a bit.

CINCINNATI — UC football is in the final eight schools for 2024 four-star running back DeJuan Williams out of St. Frances Academy (Maryland).

Syracuse, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, Boston College, Maryland, Oregon, and Stanford are also candidates for his talents.

According to 247Sports, Williams is the 320th-ranked player nationally and the 26th-best running back.

He held 17 offers before cutting down his list and attends the same high school as current UC player Brian Simms and 2024 commit Simeon Coleman.

The 5-foot-10, 195-pound versatile weapon can hurt teams in a multitude of ways. His running style trends downhill with little issue hitting holes and getting to the next level so he can turn on those burners. What stands out most besides his aggressive style is his hands.

Williams can catch swing passes, screens, and lineup as a receiver sometimes. It's an impressive foundation to work with in the passing game.
