UC Football Lands 10th Commitment in 2024 Class From Cornerback Willie Goodwyn

Cincinnati has a ton of talent in Clifton this weekend for official visits.

CINCINNATI — UC football just landed its 10th commitment in the 2024 class from three-star athlete Willie Goodwyn out of Rabun County (Georgia).

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound cornerback earned a ranking from 247Sports upon sigjing with UC. The site has him ranked 65thnationally among safeties and 71st-among Georgia recruits.

He is a wide receiver and cornerback, catching 20 passes for 449 yards (22.5 YPC) and 7 touchdowns last season while also posting 47 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 3 pass breakups on defense in 2022.

He is the first of what figures to be a few commitments from a big official visit weekend in Clifton. Goodwyn is the fifth Georgia recruit to choose Cincinnati in this class.

The Bearcats class is now ranked 29th nationally on 247Sports with 10 commits.
