CINCINNATI — New UC head coach Scott Satterfield and his staff offered 2024 four-star quarterback Jayden Bradford on Friday after he put Louisville in his final-four teams last month.

According to 247SportsComposite, the IMG Academy passer is ranked 115th nationally and ninth at his position. ESPN has him ranked 37th overall and fourth among quarterbacks.

His favored landing spot is still up for debate as On3 has South Carolina with a 70.8% chance to sign him, while 247Sports is rolling with Penn State. The Nittany Lions, Gamecocks, Cardinals, and NC State made up his final schools.

Bradford is another nice fit for Satterfield's dual-threat mentality on offense—just like four-star Michael Van Buren. Ironically, IMG was the only school Van Buren lost to this past season.

Bradford's skillset had plenty to do with that as he throws a similar beautiful deep ball as the Bearcats recruit and has a nice rhythm in the pocket on those plays. He primarily operates out of the shotgun in a spread system and reads the field well at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds.

His speed is evident on designed runs. The junior has a nice deck of moves in the open field while flashing enough speed at this age (4.6 40-yard dash) to break away for six. IMG played a top-tier national schedule in 2022 and Bradford consistently threaded needles due to impressive footwork and mechanics for a junior.

UC is now vying for two of the best dual-threat talents in the country.
