Kentucky Briefing: Looking at Kentucky's top five offensive PFF grades from the EKU game
Kentucky played a tight game against EKU but was able to leave with the victory over the Colonels.
This raises the question of who were the highest-graded offensive players against EKU.
Well, let's take a look at the five Cats on the offensive side of the ball who graded out well on PFF.
1. Tayvion Robinson- 83.3
2. Courtland Ford- 80.5
3. Devin Leary- 74.6
4. Ray Davis- 69.6
5. Dane Key- 68.4
These five guys played well against EKU, which, if they hadn't, they could have been upset by Colonels.
It's good to see Leary graded out well on PFF. He needs to have a good season if Kentucky wants to have another successful season in SEC play.
We wrote it
I wrote about how Kentucky needs to feed starting running back Ray Davis early and often when conference play starts.
"Kentucky has run the football well over the last few seasons thanks to guys like Benny Snell Jr. and Chris Rodriguez Jr., and now that baton has been passed down to Davis."
