As the success continues to mount for the Wildcats on the gridiron, the recruiting continues to improve.

Let's take a look at where the 2024 recruiting class currently sits as we are nearing the end of August.

Mark Stoops's team currently has 15 commits in the 2024 class, which has the Wildcats 45th in the nation.

This class is headlined by four-star quarterback Cutter Boley and four-star linebacker Elijah Groves.

Boley is one of the best quarterbacks in the 2024 class and will do special things for the Wildcats during his Kentucky career.

Boley is a Lexington native and plays his high school football at Lexington Christian Academy.

I expect this class to jump up the rankings after the Wildcats put together a big season on the field in 2023.

"The entire state will be behind this young man as his father, Jeff Sheppard, was the MVP of the 1998 Final Four and won two National Championships at Kentucky. "
