Kentucky has a difficult 2023 football schedule as they have to play both the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Both of these teams are ranked top five in the AP Top 25 Poll, so these will be challenging games for the Wildcats to win.

What can help the Wildcats win these games?

How about a veteran quarterback who has played at the power five level in Devin Leary?

Leary has played in tons of hostile environments during his time in the ACC, which will help him prepare for some of the road tests the Wildcats will face this season.

Alabama will head to Lexington for a game that might be the biggest win in Kentucky football history if the Wildcats can pull it off.

I trust Leary to put up a big-time performance in this game, and the Wildcats have the talent to pull this upset off in front of the Big Blue Nation.

Talking hoops

What will Rob Dillingham's role be for this Kentucky basketball team?

At Global Jam in Canada, Dillingham proved he could score but is liable to take some wild shots.

The freshman has an elite handle but needs to stop being so erratic with the basketball.

I believe Dillingham will have an outstanding Kentucky career and greatly help this Wildcat team during his true freshman season.

He has a chip on his shoulder from not being a McDonald's All-American, and I expect to see that on the court this season.

"Rob with da shifts" will make that a household nickname sooner than later.

We wrote it

Andrew Stefaniak wrote about how he thinks JJ Weaver will lead the Wildcats in sacks for a third straight season.

"Weaver is a player that has a bright NFL career ahead of him, so putting up six or more sacks this season would be huge for his draft capital."
