Four-Star Pitt Target Koy Beasley Sets Commitment Date
PITTSBURGH -- In less than a week, the Pitt Panthers will know if they've added a blue-chip safety prospect to their already stacked 2024 high school recruiting class.
Four-Star athlete, Koy Beasley - a native of Cincinnati, Ohio who attends LaSalle High School - will choose between a top four he made at at the end of May that includes Pitt, Purdue, Wisconsin and Rutgers and announce his decision on June 28.
Beasley's third visit to Pittsburgh came during the first weekend of June. He had already taken trips to the Steel City last September and in late March. From there, he'll head to Wisconsin the following weekend and Purdue the weekend after that. Beasley has already been all around the country, taking visits to Georgia, USC, Cincinnati, Kentucky, West Virginia and Notre Dame.
A consensus four-star prospect from Cincinnati, Ohio by way of La Salle High School, Beasley is ranked as high as the No. 4 player in Ohio and No. 3 athlete in the class of 2024. ESPN ranked him the No. 7 player in Ohio and No. 11 athlete in his class.
