While the Milwaukee Bucks locked down two of their core players in Khris Middleton and Brook Lopez, the front office was far from finished, adding a few more pieces to make the team more formidable as they prepare to bounce back next season.

Here are five stories from last week involving the Bucks:

1) The Milwaukee Bucks sign sharpshooter Malik Beasley

When it comes to the Bucks, floor spacing will always be at a premium. To that end, the Bucks improved their outside shooting by acquiring sharpshooter Malik Beasley for the veteran’s minimum. A career 42 percent shooter from outside the arc, Beasley will provide more space for Giannis Antetokounmpo, Middleton, and Jrue Holiday to work their magic.

2) Robin Lopez joins his brother on the Milwaukee Bucks

The Bucks also added some size to their roster with the addition of Brook Lopez’s twin brother, Robin. Although Robin isn’t expected to have a sizable role, his presence gives Milwaukee another option in case an injury to one of the rotation bigs occurs.

3) The Milwaukee Bucks add Craig Randall II for the Summer League campaign

The Milwaukee Bucks added Craig Randall II, the 2021-22 G League Most Improved Player, to the Bucks team that will compete in the NBA Summer League. Randall suited up for the Iowa Wolves in the G-League last season, where he averaged 21.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists per game.

4) Who will play backup point guard for the Milwaukee Bucks?

Although the Bucks already have a formidable roster, one area in which the team seems to be lacking is that of the backup point guard. This brings the pressing question of who will take the role for the new season?

5) Should the Milwaukee Bucks take a flyer on Bol Bol?

Promising big man Bol Bol was recently waived by the Orlando Magic. At 7-foot-2 with a diverse set of skills, it seems that the son of the late NBA great, Manute Bol, has only scratched the surface of his potential. Although there are some issues involved in signing Bol Bol, it could potentially be a low risk-high reward move for the Milwaukee Bucks.
