CINCINNATI — Texas wide receiver Xavier Worthy ran a 4.21 40-yard dash on Saturday, breaking former Bengals first round pick John Ross' NFL Combine record (4.22).

Worthy had 197 receptions for 2,755 yards and 26 touchdowns in three seasons for the Longhorns.
