Cleveland Browns Make Multiple Changes, Additions to 2023 Coaching Staff

Cleveland Browns announced that they have made multiple changes, additions to their coaching staff for next season.

Cleveland Browns made multiple changes and additions to their coaching staff official on Monday afternoon. The team added two new hires and changed the role of six current coaches.

As already reported, Ephraim Banda is the new safeties coach for the Browns. Banda comes over from the college ranks, last with Utah State. The other addition is veteran assistant coach Bill Musgrave, who will now be an offensive assistant with the team.

Callie Brownson is moving into a full-time role as the assistant wide receivers coach. Brownson previously was the Chief of Staff.

Brandon Lynch is now set to coach cornerbacks now. Lynch was the assistant defensive backs coach previously. Ben Bloom is taking over as defensive line coach.

Kevin Rodgers is moving from a senior offensive assistant into a senior assistant role. Ashton Grant is now an offensive assistant and will coach quarterbacks.

Cleveland continues to work toward filling out their staff as we get into the offseason.
