When it comes to the 2024 NFL Draft class, it already looks like it's USC quarterback Caleb Williams, and then everybody else.

The Trojans' talent signal-caller and defending Heisman Trophy winner appears to be a in league of his own as we look ahead to next year's draft, and his impressive skill set might be enough to entice a QB-needy team to make a bold move up to the top of the draft to land him.

That's what happens in the latest 2024 NFL mock draft from Pro Football Network, which has the Tampa Bay Buccaneers leaping up from No. 7 overall to the No. 1 spot for Williams, swapping places with the Arizona Cardinals.

If the Bucs end up with a top-10 pick, it will be a clear indication that the combo of Baker Mayfield and Kyle Trask wasn't enough to field a winning team. That scenario would have the Bucs looking for a franchise quarterback at the top of the draft, and though it would cost them a pretty penny to make that kind of jump up the board, it would be worth it to land a prospect as talented as Williams.

Only one other quarterback cracks the top 10 in this mock, as North Carolina's Drake Maye lands with the Washington Commanders at No. 3 overall, also through a projected trade with the Indianapolis Colts that has them moving up from the No. 8 slot.

Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers is the next passer off the board at No. 14 overall to the Minnesota Vikings, making him the third and final quarterback projected to go in the first round in this mock.

The rest of the top five includes Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. (No. 2 overall, Arizona Cardinals), Penn State offensive tackle Olu Fashanu (No. 4 overall, Tennessee Titans), and Florida State edge defender Jared Verse (No. 5 overall, Chicago Bears from Carolina).
