Steelers Lose Kenny Pickett; Offense Reaches New Low
PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers fell to the hands of the Jacksonville Jaguars, yet again leaving fans to wonder when this team will find their groove on offense.
Heading into Week 9, the Steelers have reached a new, historically low point in their offensive journey. Instead of going up, using chemistry over the last two and a half years to grow, they've continued to fall - and right now, they're sitting at the bottom.
Not everything went in their favor, though. Players spoke afterward about how poorly they believed the officiating was, and they weren't wrong. After social media got a hold of some of the calls the refs made, it became very clear there were some mistakes by the officials.
And to top it all off, the Steelers lost their quarterback and All-Pro safety in the fight. Now, there are serious questions to whether or not Kenny Pickett will play in Week 9, which could be a must-win game for Pittsburgh.
