PITTSBURGH -- The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled out six players for their Week 11 matchup with the Cleveland Browns, including two defensive starters because of injuries.

The Steelers have announced quarterback Mason Rudolph, safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, defensive tackle Montravius Adams, offensive tackle Dylan Cook, running back Godwin Igwebuike and cornerback Darius Rush

Fitzpatrick was ruled out for a third consecutive game in Week 11. The All-Pro continues to nurse a hamstring injury and has yet to participate in practice since being injured. It's unknown how long he'll be out, but for now, Pittsburgh is relying on Damontae Kazee and Trenton Thompson at safety.

Adams was also ruled out for a second game due to an ankle injury. Without the veteran, the Steelers have turned to rookie Keeanu Benton as the starter.

Igwebuike will be inactive for a second consecutive game after the team activated Anthony McFarland from Injured Reserve. With McFarland returning kicks and Calvin Austin fielding punts, Igwebuike remains on the sideline for Pittsburgh.

The Steelers have utilized Elijah Riley as their sub-package slot cornerback, and with Thompson being called up to replace Keanu Neal at safety, Rush will be inactive for another game.

Rudolph will dress as the team's third quarterback but won't be able to play unless Kenny Pickett and Mitch Trubisky are ruled out.
