Breaking: NCAA, Courts Agree to Temporary Restraining Order Extension Officially Making Jamille Raynolds Eligible
CINCINNATI — The final shoe has dropped in this season's two-time transfer saga as Judge John Preston Bailey and the NCAA have agreed to extend the temporary restraining order through the end of the 2023-24 season.
Cincinnati forward Jamille Reynolds is now eligible to play for the rest of the season and the Bearcats are at full strength. Wes Miller discussed what Reynolds brings to the table during his radio show on Thursday.
"Another guy with a ton of size, a great rebounder, a guy with rim presence and shot-blocking ability," Miller said about what he'd bring to the team. "He's way more athletic than I think people realize he's gotten in great shape. He runs the floor well, finishes above the rim, and dunks everything. He has the ability to do that, and he can really score back to the basket. I think on the box, he's incredibly effective scoring over both shoulders and is a real threat. It's hard to double him because he's such a great passer."
There is no reason to believe the player will not be on the floor for Saturday's massive game against Dayton.
