Wes Miller Updates Aziz Bandaogo and CJ Fredrick's Injury Status Ahead of BYU Matchup
CINCINNATI — Wes Miller updated Aziz Bandaogo (back) and CJ Fredrick's status this week on his weekly 700 WLW ahead of UC basketball's Big 12 opener against BYU.
Bandaogo has been out since suffering the injury against Dayton and Fredrick has also missed multiple games.
"Aziz has been giving it a go in practice and starting to look like he's getting back to his old self," Miller said to Dan Hoard and Terry Nelson on the show. "I don't think he's there yet, but every day seems a little better. CJ is still fighting through the hamstring."
Cincinnati could use Bandaogo back on the floor against one of the best teams in the country so far this season. The Bearcats boast a whopping +48.4 overall rating per 100 possessions with Bandaogo out there.
He is crucial in pulling off a road upset on Saturday.
