Cincinnati Football Gets Commitment From North Texas Safety Logan Wilson

The Bearcats added two defensive pieces this weekend.
In this story:

CINCINNATI — Make it two transfer commitments in one day for Cincinnati's defense as former North Texas safety Logan Wilson Wilson is joining the program with one year of eligibility remaining.

The veteran posted 112 tackles, three interceptions, and eight pass breakups over the last two seasons. It amounted to a solid 71 PFF grade in 2023 across 654 snaps.

Wilson drove the campaign with a 71.6 coverage grade at 5-foot-10, 170 pounds. He should compete for a starting safety spot over the coming months.

He should help Cincinnati get back into the top-35 nationally in 247Sports's transfer rankings.
