Look: Bearcats Among Top-10 Big 12 Teams in Preseason Rankings Average

Cincinnati has one of the easiest schedules in the Power Five this coming season.

CINCINNATI — Cincinnati football is a little less than a month away from kicking off the 2023 season against Eastern Kentucky. There have been plenty of Big 12 projections released over the past few months, from the media side to analytics models.

KSU Fan on X put together a roundup of five top projections: Kelley Ford Ratings, ESPN FPI, Bill Connelly's SP+, CFB News, and CBS Sports.

They also included the 2023 Big 12 media poll in the average as well, landing Cincinnati at No. 10 out of 14 teams with a 51 median rating.

Cincinnati is clearly leaning on its defense this coming season, while the offense should define the team's ceiling. They do have one of the easiest schedules in the country and get seven home games in their first Big 12 season.
