CINCINNATI — Brock Bradley is an unranked 2026 quarterback prospect Cincinnati recently offered. Learn more about Bradley HERE.

Following the offer his coach at Spain Park High School in Birmingham, Alabama (Tim Vakakes) did an in-depth dive on the prospect.

“Brock is one of the most self-driven kids I've ever had the chance to coach,” Vakakes stated to All Bearcats. “We were blessed to have four All-Americans at the school I used to be HC for, where they signed with Auburn, Bama, and Clemson. Brock has the drive that makes the great athletes elite. He is one of the 'better' players, has the best work ethic, and wants to compete with the cream of the crop.”

Brock has an extremely elite arm, and very rarely throws a bad ball. He is also one of our best athletes on the team and can run with the best of them. As he has gained weight and strength, I'd put his arm up there with any QB in his class across the country. He can make every throw from the pocket but also can create for himself if/when it breaks down. He is extremely savvy with the ball in his hands.”

Vakakes talked more about Bradley's ability to lead a team. “He is the definition of the type of leader championship teams have. He never misses a day, and actually hates when he has to miss when he is sick. He will pick up kids to take them with him when he throws on his own during weekends or after school. Every kid in our program has respected him since he came up here after eighth grade.”

Vakakes talked more in-depth about Bradley’s ability to read a defense. “

As any 10th grader playing in the region we played in, he faced a bunch of stuff from defenses. We tried to keep it as simple as we could early on, but as the year went on, we released more to him. He has a very good grasp of defenses and has drastically improved on zeroing in on his read. This will continue to get better because he gives so much offseason time to watching film and learning.”

“The other kids love him," he continued. "Sometimes, the better players aren't the most liked in a locker room. How he carries himself and how hard he works simply has everyone who comes in contact with him pull for him...they want to see him succeed at a very high level. At 16 years old, he has every reason not to be mannerable, coachable, and humble... but his parents have done a great job of keeping him well-grounded. hungry, but well grounded.”

It’s always important to not only hold your own on the field but in the classroom as well. “Spain Park is a very highly regarded academic school, and he has over a 3.0 core GPA. He is very smart. There is no doubt he will be one of the best QBs in his 2026 class. He is a Power Conference QB... And I'm glad he is on our team for two more years.”
