Four-Star 2025 Cornerback Mark Zachery IV Places UC Among Top-Four Schools

Cincinnati is trying to beef up its coverage units each season.
In this story:

CINCINNATI — A top 2025 Cincinnati football target has UC in his final four schools as four-star cornerback Mark Zachery IV out of Ben Davis (Indiana) chopped down his top-10 list from January.

The 6-foot, 155-pounder is focusing on Notre Dame, Michigan, and added Florida to his new list as well.

According to 247Sports, Zachery is the 181st-ranked player nationally and the 23rd-ranked cornerback.

The junior played wide receiver and corner this past season as he also excels in basketball. He and Ben Davis won the Indiana 6A state title thanks in large part to his skills.

Zachery excels in outside coverage with nice timing on PBUs and solid hands that he also flashes as a wide receiver. He's not a super physical corner but makes plenty of plays and is a threat to house any pick he gets his hands on.

Stack some more weight on a fast, twitchy frame and Zachery could be a fantastic cover man at UC with his diverse athleticism.
