Recruiting Roundup: UC Offers Three-Star 2025 Quarterback Tavien St. Clair, Among Others

The Bearcats are building out future recruiting classes.

CINCINNATI — UC football has been working hard on the recruiting trail with offers. Cincinnati offered 2025 three-star quarterback Tavien St. Clair out of Bellefontaine (Ohio).

According to 247Sports, St. Clair is the 333rd-ranked player in the class and the 27th-best quarterback.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound passer holds 18 offers from schools like Florida and Illinois.

We also have an offer for three-star 2024 linebacker Whittman Whaley out of Gatlinburg Pittman (Tennessee).

According to 247Sports, Whaley is the 695th-best player in the class and the 63rd-ranked linebacker.

He is committed to Wake Forest and holds eight offers.

Next, is an offer to three-star 2024 running back Da'Jaun Riggs out of St. John's College (DC).

According to 247Sports, Riggs is the 802nd-ranked player nationally and the 62nd-best running back.

He holds 13 offers from schools like Maryland and Minnesota.

Moving along, we have an offer for three-star 2024 safety Cornell Allen out of Trinity Episcopal School (Virginia).

According to 247Sports, Allen is the 120th-ranked safety in the class and the 39th-ranked player in Virginia.

He holds 24 offers from schools like Arizona State and Army.

Cincinnati also offered 2025 three-star offensive tackle Darrin Strey out of Paw Paw (Michigan).

According to 247Sports, Strey is the 38th-best offensive tackle in the class and the 22nd-ranked player in Michigan.

He holds three offers from UC, Miami (OH), and Central Michigan.
