Live Updates: Georgia Tech Baseball Looks To Clinch Series vs Miami (OH)

Georgia Tech looks to start the season 2-0 and win the series vs Miami (OH)

Georgia Tech was able to start the season off with a 15-12 victory on Friday evening and today, the Yellow Jackets are going to try and clinch the series against Miami (OH).

Drew Compton was the big leader for Tech yesterday, hitting two triples and driving in four runs. Stephen Reid and Nicholas Romano were big for Georgia Tech yesterday, but there is still some concern about the pitching staff.

Georgia Tech led 13-0 after two innings yesterday, but the pitching quickly fell apart and Miami (OH) outscored Georgia Tech 12-2 the rest of the way.

Today, Georgia Tech is going to look to be more consistent in each inning on offense and put together a more complete pitching performance.
