It is a big weekend for Georgia Tech recruiting this weekend. Official visits begin this weekend and Brent Key and the rest of the staff are hoping to grow this 2024 class in the month of June and into the rest of the summer.

While official visits are the big topic in recruiting right now, one talented in-state corner listed his top nine schools and the Yellow Jackets made the cut.

Raemon Mosby (Westlake, GA) is a three-star cornerback according to the 247Sports Composite. He is rated as the 868th-best player in the country.

Georgia Tech made the final nine schools alongside West Virginia, Louisville, Duke, East Carolina, Mississippi State, Indiana, Cincinnati, and Tulane.

The Yellow Jackets do not have a defensive back committed in this class as of today, but Mosby would be a great addition.

Headlining the official visitors this weekend will be in-state athlete Kamron Mikell (Statesboro, GA).

Mikell is ranked as the 133rd-best player in the 247Sports Composite and the 24th-ranked prospect in the state of Georgia. Mikell is coming off of an official visit with Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs last weekend and also has an official visit with Kentucky.

The 2024 class for Georgia Tech currently ranks 40th on 247Sports, which is 9th in the ACC.
