The Wizards will celebrate their home opener on Saturday, Oct. 28 when the Memphis Grizzlies visit Capital One Arena. Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.

All fans in attendance will receive a Wizards 2023-24 t-shirt courtesy of Robinhood, the team’s new jersey patch partner. Fans will also receive a Wizards 2023-24 schedule magnet. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.

Going into the regular season, while most may think the Wizards are unbearable to watch, former NBA Players have positive thoughts and insight on what the players bring to the team.

There’s also anticipation of what Kyle Kuzma will look like in the Wizards court leadership role this season. With the departures of Bradley Beal and Kristaps Porzingis, Kuzma is the last of the previous team’s “big 3” still in DC to go through the rebuild process.

The Wizards extended Deni Avdija just before the season started and let’s not forget the rookie Bilal Coulibaly has impressed showcasing his defensive skillset in the preseason.

The NBA season is long and this is just the beginning of seeing what the team can do this season and beyond.
