Report: Utah Tight End Dalton Kincaid Visits Bengals, Gets Back Injury Cleared
CINCINNATI — A potential Bengals target just got cleared from a late-season back injury amidst a recent run of visits with NFL teams.
Adam Schefter reports that Dalton Kincaid visited the Bengals this week—one of a few interested franchises.
"Dr. Robert Watkins recently sent a letter to NFL teams, fully clearing Utah TE and expected first-round pick Dalton Kincaid from the back injury he suffered last season," Schefter tweeted on Wednesday. 'Dalton Kincaid sustained a back injury while playing football on 11/26/2022. Subsequent MRIs have shown appropriating healing and he has been asymptomatic with no pain and no limitation of function for at least 3 months. He is cleared to play football with no restrictions.'
"Kincaid visited the Bengals today, and is scheduled to be in New England on Thursday and Green Bay next week. He already has visited, or spent significant time with, the Texans, Raiders, Chargers, Jaguars, Titans, Lions, Chiefs and Cowboys."
Kincaid is the 27th player on the consensus big board and second among tight ends.
He posted 70 catches for 890 yards and, 8 touchdowns last season. For more on the tight end check out where he fell in the Fan Nation Mock Draft.
