The Bearcats got a season-best performance from Mika Adams-Woods.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats won a 60-59 nail-biter against the East Carolina Pirates on Sunday behind great performances from Mika Adams Woods and David Dejulius.

Cincinnati's guards are driving the bus on offensive, and Sunday was no different. UC is now 7-2 this season when Adams-Woods scores 10-plus points. His 21 points against ECU were a season-high.
