Recruiting Roundup: Pair of Four-Star Recruits Visiting for Spring Practice; Offer Sent to Three-Star Offensive Tackle
CINCINNATI — The Bearcats football team is starting up spring practice on Saturday, and it's having an impact on the recruiting trail. Two premier 2023 targets are coming to town for the first day of practice.
One of those players is four-star cornerback Amare Snowden out of Roseville (Mi.).
According to 247Sports, Snowden is the 353rd-ranked recruit nationally and the 36th-ranked cornerback. Rivals has him pegged as the No. 220 player in the country and the 33rd-ranked CB. He has 29 offers from schools like Indiana, Iowa, and Missouri.
247Sports reports that the other visitor this weekend is four-star safety Malik Hartford out of Lakota West (Oh.). The versatile playmaker is also being heavily recruited by Ohio State as another in-state war for talent plays out.
According to 247Sports, Hartford is the 153rd-ranked player nationally and the 11th-best safety. Rivals has him ranked as the 227th-best player nationally and 12th-best safety. He has 23 offers from schools like Illinois, Iowa State, and Michigan.
There's also a new offer out to three-star left tackle Anwar O'Neal out of Middletown (De.)
Rivals has O'Neal slated as a three-star, and he has 11 offers from schools like Maryland, Pitt, and Temple. Check out his highlights here.
