Georgia Tech's Jordan Meka To Enter The Transfer Portal
The roster churn for Georgia Tech continues today.
Forward Jordan Meka announced his intention to transfer today and he joins Freds Pauls Bagatskis, Cyril Martynov, and Rodney Howard in the transfer portal.
Kelly Quinlan of JacketsOnline reported the news this morning.
Meka had been with the Yellow Jackets program under former coach Josh Pastner since the 2020-2021 season. Meka suffered a back injury during his first season on The Flats and only played in one game.
Meka will have three years of eligibility left.
Meka played in 15 games in the 2021-2022 season and just ten games this past season. He is a talented player he has just not been able to stay healthy and be able to show his talents on the floor.
Georgia Tech has been active in the transfer portal since the hiring of Damon Stoudamire as the new head coach. They got their first commitment from the portal yesterday with NC State transfer Ebenezer Dowuona committing to the Yellow Jackets yesterday.
