Three-Star Wide Receiver Mekhai White Sets Date For Georgia Tech Visit

White is going to be taking a visit to Atlanta next weekend

Three-star wide receiver Mekhai White is one of the most coveted wide receiver prospects in the country and has seen his offer list grow, with schools such as Michigan, Georgia, Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Texas A&M being some of the more recent offers for him. The 6'3 185 LBS receiver from King George, VA is taking visits and he will be taking a trip to Atlanta to see Brent Key and the Yellow Jackets next week.

When you watch White on film, it is not hard to see why so many programs across the country are recruiting him. He has great hands and the speed to stretch defenses vertically. It would not surprise me if he is on the field sooner than later once he gets on a college campus.

LSU, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Michigan State are some of the other offers that White holds.

White tweeted back in January that he will be committing on May 12th, which is his birthday. The 247 Crystal Ball has predictions for him landing at Michigan.

The 2024 class for Georgia Tech is headlined by four-star quarterback Jakhari Williams (Macon, GA). Williams has been the building block for Key in this class and is going to be the quarterback of the future for the Yellow Jackets.

2024 Commitments

  • Jakhari Williams (QB)
  • Duke Watson (RB)
  • Santana Alo-Tupuola (IOL)
  • Jordan Boyd (DE/LB)
  • Demontrae Gaston (LB
