Ray Davis is top ten in the nation in rushing yards and touchdowns
Despite the rough loss to the Missouri Tigers, Kentucky running back Ray Davis had another excellent showing.
Davis carried the football 20 times for 128 yards and caught two passes for 11 yards and a touchdown.
His 781 yards rushing put Davis sixth in all of college football through seven games.
Davis's eight rushing touchdowns put him tied for ninth in college football.
When Davis transferred to Kentucky from Vanderbilt, many thought he would have a great season and would go down as a really good college running back, but he has proven himself enough to play on Sundays.
If he keeps running the football like he has to this point in the season, Davis will lead the SEC in rushing this year and potentially all of college football.
The Kentucky Wildcats have one of the best running backs in college football running the rock.
