Cincinnati Reds Make It Official, Announce Emilio Pagan Signing
CINCINNATI — The Reds announced the signing veteran reliever Emilio Pagan on Friday afternoon. It's a one-year contract with a player option for 2025.
The deal is worth $8 million for the 2024 season according to Ken Rosenthal.
The 32-year-old appeared in 66 games for the Twins last season, posting a 2.99 ERA and a 0.95 WHIP. He has a 3.71 ERA in seven major league seasons. He's also spent time with the Mariners, Athletics, Rays and Padres.
