Live First Round NFL Draft Tracker

A look at each and every pick of the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City.

If you are like me it is one of your favorite days of the year, the NFL Draft. The first round of the draft kicks off around 8 p.m. today and will last for 31 picks. This live tracker will put together each pick as they are announced by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

Host city Kansas City looks to have done a great job with getting ready for this draft, as Patrick Mahomes-land is out in full force for the yearly event.

I’ll have picks 1-31 covered here despite the Browns not having a first round pick. With the first pick already sorted out (likely), let’s get to it.

No. 1 Carolina Panthers - QB Bryce Young (Alabama)

No. 2 Houston Texans - QB CJ Stroud (Ohio State)

Two day one starters in my opinion to start the draft. I have my worries with Young at his size, therefore Stroud was the top QB on my board

No. 3 Houston Texans (via Cardinals) - DE Will Anderson Jr.

Trade! Houston gets the too defender in the draft. Big value for them early after picking Stroud.

No. 4 Indianapolis Colts - QB Anthony Richardson Jr. (Florida)

No. 5 Seattle Seahawks - CB Devon Witherspoon (Illinois)

The first decent reach of the draft in my opinion. Better value and fits on the draft at this selection.

No. 6 Arizona Cardinals (via Lions) - OT Paris Johnson Jr. (Ohio State)

No. 7 Las Vegas Raiders - DE Tyree Wilson (Texas Tech)

Nice pick to pair with Maxx Crosby. Wilson transformed his body in college and became a very good pass rusher in the Big 12.

No. 8 Atlanta Falcons - RB Bijan Robinson

No. 9 Philadelphia Eagles (via Bears) - DT Jalen Carter (Georgia)

No. 10 Chicago Bears (via Eagles) - OT Darnell Wright (Tennessee)

Much needed help for QB Justin Fields in form of some protection. No-brainer pick that allowed them to pick up an extra fourth-round pick.

No. 11 Tennessee Titans - OT Peter Skoronski (Northwestern)

No. 12 Detroit Lions - RB Jahmry Gibbs (Alabama)

The biggest reach of the draft so far, simply put. Gibbs is a first-round talent but not at pick No. 12

No. 13 Green Bay Packers - DE Luka Van Ness (Iowa)

No. 14 Pittsburgh Steelers (via Patriots) - OT Broderick Jones

Second best OT in the draft in my opinion, Steelers with their best attempt to stop Myles Garrett.

No. 15 New York Jets - DE Will McDonald (Iowa State)

Nolan Smith is a better pick here at the same position … head scratcher of a pick.

No. 16 Washington Commanders - CB Emmanuel Forbes (Mississippi State)

No. 17 New England Patriots - CB Christian Gonzalez (Oregon)

Best value pick of the draft so far with Gonzalez falling a bit.

No. 18 Detroit Lions - Jack Campbell LB (Iowa)

No. 19 Tampa Bay Buccaneers - DT Calijah Kancey (Pittsburgh)

No. 20 Seattle Seahawks - WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba (Ohio State)

No. 21 Los Angeles Chargers - WR Quentin Johnson (TCU)

No. 22 Baltimore Ravens - WR Zay Flowers (Boston College)

A big play waiting to happen that will cause she headaches for defensive coordinators in the AFC North.

No. 23 Minnesota Vikings - WR Jordan Addison (USC)

No. 24 New York Giants - CB Deonte Banks (Maryland)

No. 25 Buffalo Bills - TE Dalton Kincaid (Utah)

No. 26 Dallas Cowboys - DT Mazi Smith (Michigan)

No. 27 Jacksonville Jaguars - OT Anton Harrison (Oklahoma)

No. 28 Cincinnati Bengals - DE Myles Murphy (Clemson)

No. 29 New Orleans Saints - DT Bryan Breese (Clemson)

No. 30 Philadelphia Eagles - DE Nolan Smith

Off of his athletic traits he should have been picked sooner. Great first round for a team that just made it to the Super Bowl.

No. 31 Kansas City Chiefs - DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah

That is a wrap for the first-round of the draft. Be tuned into Browns Digest tomorrow as rounds 2-3 begin at 7 p.m. We will have all coverage of anything the Browns happen to do.
