CINCINNATI — If you're going to a game at Nippert Stadium this fall get ready to cheer alongside a packed house. UC just announced they sold out of all-season ticket packages for the 2022 football season. They have never sold out the allotment of season tickets until this year.

The total of 23,500 season tickets sold is a new record for the stadium—which first housed fans in 1915. Among 2023 Power Five teams, Cincinnati owns the second-longest home win streak (27 wins) behind Clemson (34 wins).

“We are thrilled that our fans continue to prove that Nippert Stadium is the toughest place to play in college football,” Deputy Athletic Director Anthony Di Fino said in a press release. “Their dedication to the Bearcats and their ability to sell out our stadium shows that this is a special place. What a great story to tell when most venues and programs across the country are trending backward in their pursuit of sellouts. We applaud every season ticket holder for their commitment to the program!

“We welcome fans who will not be able to purchase season tickets this year to request to be on the waiting list, and most importantly, donate to our Day One Ready Campaign to ensure they will be part of the process should seats become available.”
