Report: 2024 UC Commit Tyler Mckinley Transferring to Cincinnati High School For Senior Season

Cincinnati has one commitment in the 2024 class as of this writing.

CINCINNATI — UC's lone commitment in the 2024 class is transferring back home to a high school in Cincinnati. WCPO's Mike Dyer reports that four-star forward Tyler Mckinley is playing his senior season at Winton Woods this December.

247Sports has him ranked as the 70th-best player in the 2024 class. He is the site's 12th-ranked center and was the No. 5 player in Missouri.

He played this past season for Link Academy in Missouri and helped lead the team to a GEICO Nationals title at the end of the season.

Mckinley began his high school career at Walnut Hills. He averaged 17.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.3 blocks as the Eastern Cincinnati Conference player of the year during the 2021-22 season before transferring to LA.

He is the Bearcats' lone commit right now as more big names get primed to choose colleges over the next few months.
