Cam Taylor-Britt, Germaine Pratt Drive Turnover-Hungry Bengals Defense Against Bills

Cincinnati owns the best turnover differential in the NFL.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals' defense is starting to get a reputation as one of the best turnover units in the NFL after a 24-18 win over Buffalo. Cincinnati now boasts the best turnover differential in the NFL after Cam Taylor-Britt and Germaine Pratt helped the defense jump up to 15 takeaways this season (fourth in the NFL).

CTB made the first big play with his third interception in the past four games. He's quickly cementing himself as one of the best young cornerbacks in the NFL.

“When we go to practice, we practice very hard and watch film and everything," Taylor-Britt said. "In the games, I use my God-given ability to go get the ball.”

Pratt had a similar impact with a fourth-quarter forced fumble recovered by Nick Scott. The linebacker led the team with 11 tackles on Sunday night.

“I'm happy for him," Pratt said. "Me and Cam (Cam Taylor-Britt) are getting tighter and tighter every day. We’re playing the game now more and I'm talking about picks and stuff and then he is doing a great job. He is following the number one guy around and then they are trying him so obviously there's more chances for the ball and taking it away.”

November football means something different for Pratt.

“Yeah, I feel like each week I'm trying to improve on getting better," Pratt said. "November football is getting closer to the playoffs, so you want to peak at the right moments in the right situation. So, you want to put yourself in situations during practice where you have to make the play.”
